A chic lifestyle hotel in the heart of Mong Kok

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were kept clean during our stay. The location of this hotel was very convenient and is between Mong Kok and Prince Edward. They have a delicious restaurant located on the second floor.

We stayed for one night whilst transiting through Hong Kong in a LW King Room and was assigned a room on the 19th floor. The bed was huge, fitting our family of four (2 small children), and the open space with a sitting area and a dining table for four was also more spacious than I had expected. There was a view from the floor to ceiling window of the old neighbourhoods which were quiet and felt safe even at night.

The lobby was well used by us as we needed luggage mending and before our flight close to midnight, we spent some time to chill at the rear end of the lobby.

The location was great and suited out needs, walking to Mong Kok station, nearby decent restaurants, the Olympian City and a small park/playground for the kids. We did not try the on-site restaurant that offered high-end yum cha for lunch and hot pot for dinner. There was no room service that we were aware of.

The shower and bath tub was excellent: the water pressure was good for massaging and the tub filled up within a short time.

This was an all-round excellent hotel that we will return when we are next in Hong Kong.

Location 5/5 - Close to many eateries easily walkable to MK/MTR/MOKO mall/Olympic Mall
Room 5/5 - Spacious and one really large BED + a pull-out sofa bed + a dining table with 4 chairs
Cleanliness 5/5 - Room was made up every day with toothbrush/vanity kits/slippers
Bathroom 5/5 - Spacious with great water pressure
Overall a wonderful experience and many thks to Simon, Raymond, Ray and Jess who were very accommodating with any request we had.
