Job Description

Areas of responsibility include Guest Relations, Front Desk, Concierge and Service Call Centre. The position carries out procedures ensuring welcoming and efficient work processes via exemplary services, maximizing on-day performance in room occupancy and average daily rates


  • Diploma in Property or Hospitality Management related;
  • 1 year relevant experience in front office and guest services experience;
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Strong passion in provision of total quality service
