Chef's Recommendation - Main Courses include Stuffed Crab with Crab Meat and Porcini Mushroom,
Grilled Korean Beef Sirloin Steak (Grade 1++), Braised American Pork Spare Ribs in BBQ Sauce, Salt-roasted U.S. Beef Short Rib, Crab Meat and Seafood Risotto in Lobster Sauce and more. Other choices of green menu and children menu are also on offer for vegetarians and junior patrons.
