This Summer, Ru Chinese Restaurant brings you two mouthwatering menus - “Canton Feast” and “Peking-Sichuan-Shanghai Trio”, each brings you fine curation of delights.
 
“Canton Feast” features our chef’s special creation with a variety of seasonal ingredients, "Baked Lobster with Udon in Superior Soup", "Braised Bird's Nest Soup with Bamboo Pith and Crab Meat", “Sautéed Scallop and Prawn in Spicy Sauce” - it's where classic meets innovation. 
 
For “Peking-Sichuan-Shanghai Trio”, our chef has arranged an array of impactful and crafty dishes. "Stewed Sea Cucumber with Shrimp Roe", "Deep-fried Prawn served with Sweet and Spicy Sauce" and "Deep-fried Yellow Croaker served with Sweet & Sour Sauce topped with Pine Nuts" are among the highlights.
